Responsibilities
- Evaluate, implement, and administer cyber intelligence platforms and technologies.
- Develop scripts and playbooks to automate intelligence tasks and intelligence-product delivery.
- Develop ML/AI capabilities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Develop and operationalize integrations that deliver high-fidelity threat intelligence to security controls.
- Support the evaluation and integration of machine-readable intelligence products into stakeholder systems.
Requirements
- College diploma or equivalent in Computer Technologies, Information Security, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, DevOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Ability to communicate technical matters effectively through reports, presentations, and verbal briefings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Understanding of the global cyber threat landscape, including threat groups, attack vectors, and exploitation methods affecting the finance sector and RBC operating regions is preferred.
- Experience with the cyber threat intelligence lifecycle and adversary or intrusion-set tactics, techniques, and procedures is preferred.
- Ability to apply threat intelligence terminology and frameworks to track and communicate adversary capabilities or activities is preferred.
- Familiarity with Threat Intelligence Platforms is preferred.
- Experience building machine learning models, deploying them to production, and measuring their decision impact is preferred.
