Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end products across backend, web, Android, and/or iOS.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Contribute to Android development with Kotlin and/or iOS development with Swift.
- Design and integrate AI-powered features, AI agents, and LLM-based workflows into production applications.
- Work with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, RAG, tool calling, workflow automation, and external API integrations.
- Own features from requirements and system design through development, testing, deployment, and production optimization.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Learn and work across unfamiliar technology stacks as needed.
- Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, system reliability, and technical quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one core area: Java and Spring Boot backend, React and TypeScript web development, Kotlin Android development, or Swift iOS development.
- Production experience designing and developing applications, APIs, or distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, API design, databases, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to contribute beyond a primary technology stack, with experience across two or more backend, web, Android, and iOS areas preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications, AI agents, generative AI, or AI-assisted engineering is strongly preferred.
- Experience with multi-agent systems, LLM API integration, RAG, tool or function calling, agent orchestration, AI workflow automation, LLM evaluation, or AI-assisted software development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguous requirements and work in a fast-paced environment with changing business and technical requirements.
