Responsibilities
- Design, build, and oversee implementation of AI automation solutions for complex enterprise business processes.
- Apply generative AI, agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and process automation to streamline business operations.
- Partner with business functions to understand workflows, translate pain points into scalable production solutions, and measure business impact.
- Design APIs and integrate solutions with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Take AI automation solutions from proof of concept through scaled production.
- Provide technical leadership and influence decisions through data-driven insights and executive storytelling.
- Deliver high-quality code with unit and integration tests while supporting operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of application development experience building highly reliable and scalable systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python, including object-oriented techniques, algorithms, design patterns, and reusable component design.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM application patterns including retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, tool or function calling, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience tailoring generative AI and process automation platforms to complex business environments.
- Experience designing APIs and integrating with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD.
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, prioritization, scheduling, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI, LangGraph, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, Temporal, Airflow, Camunda, UiPath, or ServiceNow.
- Preferred familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps practices, model versioning, evaluation pipelines, guardrails, process mining, and process discovery tools.
- Preferred understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, Agile methodologies, and unit and integration testing.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, handle ambiguity, learn new technologies quickly, and act on customer and user feedback.
