Base Salary

$111k - $131k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
  • Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
  • Create scalable, reliable, and high-performing technical designs aligned with architectural best practices.
  • Analyze failures, propose design changes, and improve operational practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance procedures.
  • Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
  • Apply software reliability engineering standards to development work.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, customers, and other product team stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery and communicate blockers or delays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of database concepts.
  • Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, DevOps principles, product features, user impacts, team domains, and business strategy.
