Base Salary
$142k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex technical solutions for Box customers and partners.
- Advise customers on custom document vaults, large-scale file migrations, CRM integrations, and other Box implementations.
- Develop solution architectures, technical specifications, business requirements, project scopes, and statements of work.
- Lead pre-sales scoping and create repeatable technical solutions and industry playbooks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, and field teams to support customer outcomes and bookings targets.
- Forecast capacity and deliver upon revenue targets.
- Present technical concepts and solutions to developers, IT architects, managers, and executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in cloud solution architecture and system design, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scalability, and rate limits.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and functional solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions.
- A driver's license may be required for client-site visits.
- Preferred: expertise in enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations.
