Base Salary
$142k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise customers on Box solution architecture, application design, content migrations, and integrations with custom systems such as CRMs.
- Define, architect, and deliver differentiated custom solutions using Box configurations and APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
- Develop project scopes, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements for customer engagements.
- Lead pre-sales scoping and collaborate with sales, customer success, field teams, and Solutions Consultants to support bookings and revenue targets.
- Create repeatable technical solutions and industry playbooks based on market trends, research, and customer requirements.
- Present technical solutions to developers, IT architects, business managers, and executives while serving as a trusted customer advisor.
- Forecast capacity and deliver upon revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in architecture and system design for cloud solutions, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and functional solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and support pre-sales solution scoping and delivery.
- A valid driver's license may be required for onsite client visits.
- Preferred: expertise in enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations.
