Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and optimize automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Python, Power Apps, and related technologies.
- Deliver secure, scalable, resilient solutions across the full automation lifecycle, including production support and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes that improve reliability and business continuity.
- Apply AI, intelligent document processing, generative AI, machine learning, and agentic automation to improve business outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, code reviews, and best practices to automation developers.
- Support project delivery, testing, deployment validation, monitoring, maintenance, documentation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, Platform teams, SAP, Salesforce, Esker, Command Center, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in automation development, software engineering, or intelligent automation delivery.
- Expert hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, plus strong experience with Python and Power Apps.
- Experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation, APIs, workflow technologies, and enterprise integration.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, mentor peers, troubleshoot complex issues, and remain hands-on.
- Strong knowledge of RPA, enterprise architecture, quality practices, scalability, supportability, and operational readiness.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
