Responsibilities
- Build golden paths and automate provisioning, onboarding, compliance checks, and telemetry for AI-agent workloads.
- Develop platform primitives including hosted tool servers, authentication and authorization, rate limiting, audit, policy as code, tracing, structured logging, sandboxed execution, and prompt-injection, PII, and content-filtering controls.
- Design strong tenant isolation, blast-radius controls, agent identity, delegated authorization, session and state persistence, and human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms.
- Establish cost attribution by team, agent, and use case, including token and inference costs.
- Build self-service deployment capabilities and ensure security, compliance, observability, resilience, and auditability are provided by default.
- Define platform architecture and standards in collaboration with financial institutions, business domains, and other development teams.
Requirements
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, distributed systems, Kubernetes, container platforms, multi-tenancy, and modern platform engineering.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, observability, scalability, resilience, networking, and identity.
- Software development and API-design experience in Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with GenAI components such as LLMs, RAG, or agent systems, or a strong ability and motivation to learn them quickly.
- Ability to build reusable platform capabilities, reduce cognitive load for development teams, embed compliance requirements into paved paths, and take ownership amid complexity and uncertainty.
