Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert and thought leader in the software development lifecycle and its transformation into an AI-driven development lifecycle.
- Implement AI-driven development lifecycle capabilities and services, including architecture-as-code standards, patterns, validation, specifications, and pipeline integration.
- Support provisioning of proof-of-concept, development, and test environments.
- Use AI to reduce software development lifecycle toil and drive adoption of AI-driven development capabilities across the Capital Markets organization.
- Work closely with technology stakeholders and teams across office regions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing horizontal technology solutions.
- Hands-on technology design and implementation experience involving UI technologies such as HTML5, React, Angular, and Next.js.
- Experience developing backend services with Java and Python.
- Experience with cloud or container platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and tooling such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of architecture principles including resilience, scalability, security, and extensibility.
- Strategic and critical thinking when evaluating architectures and implementations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working across functions and businesses.
- Exposure to AI technologies such as agent frameworks and retrieval-augmented generation is preferred.
- Capital Markets technology experience, facilitation and influence skills, and experience transforming technology across siloed technology stacks are preferred.
