Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve customer and operational problems.
- Apply LLMs and automation to enhance financial workflows.
- Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, and operations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and build valuable solutions.
- Design systems considering accuracy, security, compliance, and user trust.
- Transform manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience, not just AI strategy or management.
- Experience in building AI agents, LLM apps, and automation workflows.
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Good judgment on automation decisions.
- Ability to ship working systems and improve reliability over time.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or operations automation is a plus.
