Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems.
- Ensure integration solutions are scalable and align with best practices.
- Architect and implement REST/SOAP and webhook-based integrations.
- Design secure authentication and authorization flows for integrated systems.
- Manage and maintain AWS integrations and automations.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Flow Designer and custom Script Includes.
- Perform unit and integration testing using ServiceNow ATF and Postman.
- Document integration patterns, API designs, and system dependencies.
- Define and enforce integration best practices through design reviews.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript for ServiceNow development.
- Strong expertise with REST and SOAP APIs and integration design.
- Familiarity with integration tools like Boomi, Reltio, or SnapLogic.
- Experience managing AWS environments and understanding IAM principles.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD automation for integration deployments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
