Base Salary
$142k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain architecture for digital signing and certificate authority services.
- Design and improve processes for digital signing and certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation.
- Integrate certificate authority and digital signing services with broader security infrastructure in collaboration with suppliers, IT, and security teams.
- Establish governance policies, conduct reviews and audits, and maintain process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and standards including FIPS, SPDM, PKCS, Quantum Compute, and CNSA.
- Assess and update security controls, monitor current threats, and implement countermeasures.
- Develop Python-based security applications and automate routine processes to reduce engineering effort and errors.
- Provide training and support on governance policies and procedures.
- Respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Five years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience with cryptographic principles and technologies.
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based security solutions.
- Experience developing Python-based applications in the security domain.
- Experience automating processes with Python or equivalent.
- Knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards, including FIPS, SPDM, PKCS, Quantum Compute, and CNSA.
