Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain factory test tools for product manufacturing and validation.
- Review and define test plans and test flows aligned with production requirements.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve automated test systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot test issues and support test engineers with test-related requests.
- Improve production efficiency through automation and process optimization.
- Analyze test failures and production issues and communicate findings to HW, SW, RF, Optical, and Audio teams.
- Document test processes, tools, and improvements for long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of experience in production automation or manufacturing test development.
- Require strong Python proficiency for automation and tool development.
- Require hands-on experience with embedded Linux systems.
- Need strong analytical and logical thinking skills to design feasible production solutions.
- Need effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Need basic English reading and writing skills for technical documentation and communication.
- Preferred experience with C, C++, Linux shell scripting, Perl, Java, or Tcl.
- Preferred familiarity with Android test support libraries.
- Preferred experience with camera image quality evaluation, including algorithms and chart design.
- Preferred knowledge of consumer electronics components, interfaces, and protocols, including camera, touch, display, audio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, ToF, power, and battery.
- Preferred experience building web-based tools using Python and/or JavaScript.
