Base Salary

$106k - $209k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas.
  • Contribute to and lead complex technical projects.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to develop user-focused technical solutions.
  • Work with customers and support engineers to resolve issues.
  • Develop the codebase, best practices, and design principles with teammates.
  • Learn from and mentor other team members.
  • Launch and maintain features in production.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language such as Java, C#, or Go.
  • Comfort working across the stack of a modern web application, including React, TypeScript, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud provider technology, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience leading the launch of a new feature and maintaining it in production.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, curiosity, collaboration, and motivation.
