Base Salary
$106k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas.
- Contribute to and lead complex technical projects.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop user-focused technical solutions.
- Work with customers and support engineers to resolve issues.
- Develop the codebase, best practices, and design principles with teammates.
- Learn from and mentor other team members.
- Launch and maintain features in production.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language such as Java, C#, or Go.
- Comfort working across the stack of a modern web application, including React, TypeScript, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider technology, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience leading the launch of a new feature and maintaining it in production.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, curiosity, collaboration, and motivation.
