Responsibilities

Create and maintain automated tests using modern development techniques.
Apply automated tests across every application layer, both inside and outside the continuous delivery pipeline.
Produce and analyze quality metrics that guide quality-engineering decisions.
Triage test failures and maintain the health of the build pipeline.
Collaborate with development, product, operations, and support teams to embed quality into work efforts.
Participate in code reviews for product, test, and infrastructure code.
Support escaped-defect prevention, customer support escalations, deployments, migrations, security, and performance efforts.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
Two years of experience in code development.
Programming experience in one or more of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Go.
Proficiency in at least one of Python, REST APIs, or Groovy.
Comfort with REST API interfaces and OpenAPI specifications.
Proficiency with source control management techniques, including Git and GitHub, branching, code review, and merging.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership abilities, initiative, and interest in analytics and new technology.
