Base Salary
$173k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core primitives for entity ownership, audit, authorization, and orchestration.
- Own and evolve domain models representing power, data centers, chips, and related infrastructure concepts.
- Integrate vendor systems and ingest formats including KMZ, BIM, Revit, and vendor documentation.
- Build tools, guardrails, and audit trails that enable AI agents to operate safely in internal systems.
- Develop production software end to end and take ownership beyond the immediate role scope when needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively through ambiguity and learn unfamiliar technical domains quickly.
- Strong judgment in abstraction and rigorous experience modeling complex domains.
- Experience turning messy or unstructured data into usable systems, including through ML, data engineering, or research work.
- Fluency with LLM APIs, MCP servers, agentic frameworks, and AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience shipping production code that other people depend on and working comfortably in multiple languages.
- Preferred experience includes MLE, extraction and synthesis from unstructured data, Temporal, Cadence, Airflow, geospatial or BIM systems, authorization and policy engines, audit or event-sourcing systems, Go, TypeScript, and Postgres.
