Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy GenAI technology for content understanding and AI-generated content frameworks.
- Conduct applied research into GenAI techniques and explore new content experiences and product directions.
- Develop multimodal content understanding, agentic AI content generation, evaluation, signals, measurements, and GenAI-enabled knowledge graph or topic-space frameworks.
- Build holistic content modeling and supporting infrastructure across different content types.
- Enable downstream content applications and improve corresponding product metrics.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, including data structures and algorithms.
- At least 8 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 5 years of software design and architecture experience.
- At least 8 years of experience with ML/AI algorithms and tools, deep learning, or other AI/ML modeling.
- At least 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and ML infrastructure optimization, including model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, or fine-tuning.
- At least 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, or large vision models.
- Preferred: PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Preferred: GenAI model fine-tuning, large language model building, product enablement exploration, and real-world GenAI or ML applications for content problems.
- Preferred: experience with JAX, TFX, or TFlex, strong mathematical and statistical skills, and excellent programming skills using GenAI tools.

- US base salary is $262000-$364000, plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
