Responsibilities

  • Develop an end-to-end computer vision pipeline for estimating meal nutrition from images.
  • Detect barcodes and extract associated nutritional information.
  • Segment food and estimate consumed portions from before-and-after meal images.
  • Calculate the user’s final sugar intake.
  • Prototype and evaluate computer vision models within the AipiGen innovation project.

Requirements

  • Be a Master 1 computer science student or equivalent.
  • Have skills in computer vision, including detection, segmentation, and image processing.
  • Be proficient in Python development.
  • Have experience manipulating databases.
  • Understand model prototyping and evaluation methodologies.
  • Demonstrate scientific rigor, critical thinking, curiosity about research and experimental methods, and an interest in digital health.
