Responsibilities
- Interpret technical and functional requirements and develop and implement business-driven requests, enhancements, and software upgrades.
- Provide support and maintenance for platforms owned by the team and document solutions.
- Help create and maintain acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Advise Business Analysts from a quality-assurance perspective on user experience, performance concerns, and potential future bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Experience in front-end development using React.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex.
- Preferred experience with Python 3.x, SQL, web application development, and data analysis.
- Preferred Docker, Linux, and AWS experience or certification; experience with any cloud platform is acceptable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Ability to clarify vague specifications, coordinate stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work effectively under time pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, learning, and cross-cultural teamwork skills.
