Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple enclaves.
- Optimize build and test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls early in the development lifecycle.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks to provision and configure development, test, and production environments.
- Ensure infrastructure meets DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements.
- Create monitoring and logging infrastructure supporting security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
- Own software delivery epics, instrument CI experience metrics, and improve multi-stage release pipelines across cloud and robotic environments.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Working knowledge of Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
- Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting with Python and Bash.
- Desired qualifications include experience in classified DoD or IC environments, CircleCI, GitOps workflows, declarative infrastructure management, and observability tools including Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Splunk.
