Responsibilities
- Define the core architecture and technical direction for an AI-agent product.
- Build autonomous AI agents with persistent state, memory, planning, reasoning, and decision-making capabilities.
- Develop behavioral and personality models that influence agent decisions.
- Implement long-term memory, context management, tool use, dynamic tool selection, and browser or environment interaction.
- Build distributed systems for running multiple agents and workers.
- Develop autonomous data exploration and extraction capabilities.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and simulation of AI agents.
- Take the product from an ambitious concept to a working MVP.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong experience with LLMs and AI agents.
- Excellent Python skills.
- Strong backend engineering and system design skills.
- Experience with distributed or asynchronous systems.
- Experience building autonomous or agent-based systems.
- Good understanding of memory, retrieval, and context management.
- Ability to take an idea from concept to a working prototype.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Nice-to-have experience includes reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, behavioral modeling, computer-use or browser agents, large-scale distributed systems, and AI evaluation or simulation.
