Responsibilities

Build and optimize backend features for the Meetings platform.
Focus on AI-powered voice transcription and real-time collaboration.
Own projects from initial design through production deployment.
Collaborate with product, AI, and frontend teams.
Identify and implement improvements to audio processing and transcription pipelines.
Contribute to an inclusive and fun engineering culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in high-throughput backend systems, ideally with Node.js.
Proven experience with AI voice transcription or speech-to-text technologies.
Strong coding skills, preferably in TypeScript.
Experience building and scaling distributed, event-driven systems.
Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries at scale.
Familiarity with major cloud services, ideally AWS.
Empathetic communicator and effective collaborator.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to deliver results with minimal direction.
Product-minded with a keen sense for great user experiences.
