Base Salary
$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Claude Platform offerings across AWS, GCP, and Azure by integrating the API, control plane, and Anthropic features with cloud-provider platforms.
- Develop native cloud integrations and solve deep technical problems across large-scale distributed systems.
- Ship enterprise enablement features covering security, compliance, key management, encryption, audit APIs, usage visibility, access control, and international data residency.
- Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead cross-team technical projects from design through production and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Systems, Networking, Databases, Inference, core company teams, and cloud service providers.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer building scalable distributed systems, ideally at a tech-lead level or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure at scale using GCP, AWS, or Azure, and/or Enterprise SaaS in a multi-tenant context.
- Background in security, compliance, or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments.
- Ability to independently own large-scale infrastructure and ambiguous, cross-team technical projects from design through operations.
- Product-focused approach to building robust, scalable, and easy-to-adopt platform solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or a similar systems language.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field; relevant coursework, training, or professional experience may demonstrate field alignment.
