Base Salary
$98k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for target systems.
- Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Write source code for new applications and enhance code samples for existing applications.
- Use automated testing tools to perform software testing and maintenance.
- Design, plan, and execute software and system testing strategies to verify product quality and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal CTCT product and project teams and Caterpillar and Trimble product teams on verification and validation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of software development tools, activities, and software development life cycle practices.
- Ability to design, plan, and execute software product and system testing strategies.
- Knowledge of software product technical design, configuration, and integration.
- Experience creating test automation is considered for top candidates.
- A relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in software testing, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Knowledge of civil engineering or the civil construction industry is preferred.
