Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Scope ambiguous customer asks and prototype quickly using Tailor’s platform.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and iterate into stable deployments.
- Productize repeatable solutions for various workflows like accounting and e-commerce.
- Build and ship production-grade features across the front-end and back-end.
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape engineering standards and platform architecture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building and shipping full-stack web applications.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and React is a plus.
- Strong foundation in data modeling and API design for performance and scalability.
- Comfortable integrating with third-party APIs in accounting, commerce, or logistics.
- Pragmatic engineer with a focus on delivering solutions that solve real problems.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and prioritize independently.
