Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement architectural patterns to scale the iManage Work product family.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and peer teams to build integrated solutions.
- Improve developer productivity and software quality through backend tooling.
- Communicate, document, and present technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
- Share knowledge and continuously improve technical practices across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience building software or applications with Java.
- Proficiency in at least one other programming language; full-stack development experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with relational databases and NoSQL systems.
- Thought leadership and design skills in areas such as high-transaction systems, distributed microservices architectures, fault-tolerant designs, data security, or system security.
- Experience using Linux as a development and runtime environment.
- Knowledge of secure coding and design practices, including threat modeling, is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and build management is preferred; Docker experience is a plus.
- Interest in combining infrastructure and software and working with Azure cloud-native services.
