Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of software solutions and components.
- Write and build clean, maintainable code for software releases under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Install and configure software required for project delivery.
- Write and review relevant technical documentation within modern engineering practices and development environments.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, testers, and project teams.
- Follow secure software development, quality assurance, and governance practices.
- Meet project deadlines for software module delivery.
Requirements
- Be in the penultimate year of a Bachelor degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate an interest in software engineering, problem-solving, collaboration, and learning.
- Communicate well and work effectively with others.
- Be curious, proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback.
- Be an Australian Citizen.
- Successfully obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance as a condition of employment.
- Meet any applicable International Traffic in Arms Regulations requirements.
