Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software features and systems.
- Own technical solutions from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Lead technical design discussions, solution planning, and architectural trade-off evaluations.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions in collaboration with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Use logs, metrics, and analytics to improve system observability, performance, and reliability.
- Mentor engineers, support onboarding, and contribute to engineering practices, tools, workflows, and team capability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in a product-centric or agile environment.
- Deep proficiency with modern development stacks including C#, Python, Angular, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience with architecture, platform engineering, and cloud-native solutions.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient systems, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and follow engineering and security standards.
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred, or similar coding education alternatives to a traditional four-year degree.
- Participation in training, certifications, or professional development initiatives is a plus.

- Full-time pay range of $95,700.00 to $140,239.00 per year.
