Responsibilities

  • Own frontend architecture, core feature development, system integration, performance optimization, and continuous iteration for Dispatcher Desktop, Control Room Dashboard/Video Wall, and Remote Operations Station.
  • Build modular React and TypeScript application foundations covering routing, state management, component libraries, permissions, configuration, internationalization, exception handling, and automated testing.
  • Integrate CesiumJS/WebGIS terrain, roads, work areas, vehicles, equipment, tracks, missions, alerts, geofences, business layers, 3D Tiles, scene APIs, and real-time Digital Twin data.
  • Optimize 3D scene loading, rendering, object updates, layer management, picking interactions, network usage, and memory consumption for hundreds of devices and frequent state updates.
  • Integrate Fleet, Mission, Traffic, Alert, Production, Agent, and Digital Twin data through RESTful APIs, WebSocket, SSE, or approved real-time messaging interfaces.
  • Build real-time dashboards, KPI and trend views, alert queues, event timelines, and dispatcher scheduling workflows.
  • Integrate multiple live video streams and remote-operation workflows, including layouts, camera switching, stream status, latency and quality indicators, recovery, and contextual links to vehicles, missions, alerts, and remote control.
  • Design industrial HMI experiences for dispatch desktops, operational large displays, and remote operator cabins with multi-window, multi-monitor, keyboard, mouse, and touch support.
  • Collaborate with the Site Client Flutter team on design tokens, visual standards, domain models, and framework-independent interaction protocols, and evaluate Flutter Desktop for future technology convergence.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit/component/E2E testing, performance monitoring, dependency management, logging, observability, releases, and laboratory, control-room, and mine-site integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, automation, geographic information systems, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Typically 5 or more years of experience in web frontend, desktop applications, industrial HMI, GIS visualization, or real-time operations platforms, including core development or module ownership on complex production systems.
  • Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, with experience in large-scale modular and component-based applications, state management, routing, permissions, and automated testing.
  • Experience with CesiumJS and WebGIS, including 3D Tiles, terrain, vector layers, tracks, spatial objects, layer management, scene interaction, and performance optimization.
  • Experience developing real-time, data-intensive systems and familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSocket/SSE, high-frequency updates, caching, reconnection, message ordering, and consistency handling.
  • Experience integrating video-streaming applications and understanding of WebRTC, HLS/DASH, or low-latency video status, quality, and failure-handling issues.
  • Experience building dashboards, industrial HMIs, or dispatcher workspaces for multi-screen, multi-window, high-information-density, and long-running scenarios.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize web performance across Cesium/WebGL, DOM/Canvas, memory, networking, and long-running sessions.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, code reviews, unit/component/E2E testing, logging, and frontend observability.
  • Ability to translate complex mining operations, dispatch, and remote-control workflows into clear, low-cognitive-load, verifiable interactions and define interfaces with backend, Digital Twin, Agent, Remote Control, UX, testing, and field teams.
  • Preferred experience includes autonomous-driving operations backends, Robotaxi or fleet operations, smart mining or ports, AGV/AMR dispatch, SCADA/MES, industrial monitoring, energy dispatch, complex CesiumJS/WebGL/WebGIS, and multi-stream low-latency video.
  • Flutter/Dart experience, especially Flutter Desktop, cross-platform component architecture, Platform View, FFI, or Flutter/Web/Native integration, is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Agent/Copilot workspaces, structured cards, human approval, tool execution status, and feedback interactions is preferred.
  • Experience with Electron, Tauri, or WPF is preferred.
