Responsibilities

  • Build multi-agent workflows for insurance business processes.
  • Develop and maintain software pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
  • Train, fine-tune, and optimize neural-network models, including LLMs.
  • Build production-ready AI applications, backend services, and automation components.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into deployed solutions.
  • Ensure models comply with banking regulations, data privacy standards, and ethical AI practices.
  • Monitor production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates.
  • Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

  • 3–12 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering focused on software development and deployment.
  • Experience building and integrating LLM, RAG, search, agent-based, and automation solutions.
  • Strong software engineering experience with Python, Java, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning neural-network models for performance and scalability.
  • Experience with LLMs such as GPT and BERT and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or ADK.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment and data management.
  • Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, and bias mitigation.
  • Experience with Git and agile methodologies.
  • Preferred experience in financial services, Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL databases, graph databases, knowledge graphs, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
  • Publications, open-source contributions, or AI/ML certifications are preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
