Base Salary
$131k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from business requirements through data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design and implement reliable, scalable, secure, high-performance ML pipelines and MLOps operations using AWS services.
- Lead customer-focused technical project teams and provide trusted-advisor guidance on AI/ML solutions, GenAI, cloud architectures, and migration strategies.
- Collaborate with Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Applications teams to operationalize data and models.
- Ensure solutions meet industry standards, optimize performance, manage risks, and support customers’ cloud and AI/ML adoption strategies.
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, publications, and reusable technical artifacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or another related field.
- 8+ years of experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
- 5+ years leading technical teams and hands-on experience in data, software, or ML engineering, including understanding of distributed computing.
- Experience with automation, Infrastructure as Code, containers, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes Terraform, Python, CloudFormation, CDK, MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow, AWS Step Functions, LLMs, vector stores, LangChain, and prompt engineering.
- Preferred ML pipeline experience includes data preprocessing, model hosting, feature selection, hyperparameter tuning, distributed and GPU training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
