Responsibilities
- Build scalable systems and components with appropriate stability and maintainability tradeoffs.
- Design, write, test, and release critical technical solutions with high engineering rigor.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams and deliver large-scope technical quality projects.
- Mentor junior developers and lead projects of large complexity.
- Improve system performance and team efficiency while minimizing risks.
- Work with the tokenization engine team and six external teams, including trading engine, equity metadata, user portfolio, equity market data, and crypto custody.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience writing low-latency, large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Go or Python, with strong problem-solving and production debugging skills.
- Experience building and operating high-scale distributed systems across the full software lifecycle.
- Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership abilities.
