Base Salary

$82k - $96k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in engineering roles across infrastructure and software development.
  • Develop engineering skills and learn banking technology engineering practices.
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives.
  • Build technical and business acumen through three rotations over 2.5 years.
  • Collaborate with business line teams and participate in cohort development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar major completed in December 2026 or spring 2027.
  • Relevant coursework or project experience in computer science, software design, cloud computing, and user experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or Java.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies and the ability to apply them.
  • Ability to start the full-time rotational program on July 12, 2027.
  • Ability to work in person at the U.S. Bank location in Hopkins, Minnesota.
  • Preferred qualifications include collaboration across teams, extracurricular leadership experience, analytics, root cause analysis, creative thinking, and flexibility in multidisciplinary teams.
