Responsibilities
- Develop solution approaches for Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, and other regulated environments.
- Assess customer requirements, solution fit, complexity, dependencies, risks, quality expectations, and regulatory considerations.
- Lead discovery sessions, solution and value workshops, customer presentations, executive briefings, and technical discussions.
- Design and deliver customer-specific demonstrations, use cases, scenarios, and solution narratives.
- Translate complex product capabilities and technical concepts into clear business value.
- Partner with Account Executives, Sales, Product, Delivery, and customer stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Travel to customers and industry events as required.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English communication skills.
- Experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Presales, or a comparable customer-facing technology role.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business, functional, and/or technical requirements.
- Experience working with Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of GxP, Quality Management, data integrity, or validation principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Delivery organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise SaaS or cloud software experience, complex enterprise sales-cycle experience, RFP/RFI experience, enterprise integrations and software architecture knowledge, and experience with customer-specific demonstrations and solution workshops.
- Additional beneficial experience includes AI-enabled solutions, digital transformation, Quality Management Systems, enterprise quality applications, Salesforce, APIs, integrations, and connected enterprise applications.
- Additional European languages, particularly Spanish, French, German, or Italian, are preferred.
