Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Perform maintenance and configuration for Kronos modules, including Accruals and Timekeeping.
- Configure Pro WFM Business Structures, Labor Categories, Tiles, Display Profiles, CRT tables, and integrations.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, UAT, solution understanding, and customer handover.
- Assist customers during testing and provide handholding during system transition.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is stated, with a minimum of 8 years of Pro WFM experience required in the detailed qualifications.
- Strong Kronos functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduler is required.
- Boomi experience is required; WIM experience alone is not sufficient.
- Knowledge of Pro WFM Business Structure Setup, Labor Category Setup, Tiles Setup, Display Profiles Setup, CRT tables, and integrations is required.
- Practical Boomi experience and knowledge are required.
- SQL Reporting, WIM Integration, Data Views Setup, and custom BIRT reporting experience are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-working skills are expected.
- The candidate must be able to work in shifts and have 15 years of full-time education.
