Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans.
- Design, develop, and maintain Playwright-based test automation frameworks.
- Automate functional, regression, and integration test cases.
- Design and implement automated API tests using Rest Assured and Karate.
- Perform testing for web UI, APIs, web services, mobile applications, and Salesforce applications.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage test data and generate comprehensive reports.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to support high-quality software delivery.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in automation testing, particularly with Playwright.
- Experience with Playwright UI and API automation.
- Experience with automation tools including Playwright and Cucumber.
- Programming experience with Java and JavaScript or similar languages; TypeScript is also used.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Postgres and Snowflake.
- Experience using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda for test automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
