Base Salary
$85k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, optimize, and support scalable, resilient, high-performance enterprise data platforms and pipelines.
- Implement AI-enabled applications, automation workflows, and intelligent developer experiences where appropriate.
- Establish and maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Support software products and platforms in production and user environments.
- Collaborate with analytics engineers, data architects, data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders on platform solutions.
- Apply modern software engineering practices, including paired programming, test-driven development, automated testing, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Participate in planning, standups, retrospectives, product strategy execution, and continuous team improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a data engineer building and supporting enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, Key Vault, and REST APIs for integration and automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure, or comparable cloud analytics platforms.
- Experience with Terraform or Jenkins, or comparable CI/CD technologies.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, source control, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools and agentic AI-assisted software development practices.
- Understanding of distributed computing, performance tuning, scalability, fault tolerance, and data reliability.
- Preferred: experience designing enterprise data products in Microsoft Fabric, knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks, and cloud or data engineering certifications in Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or related technologies.

- Compensation is $85,000.00-$145,075.00 annually based on experience and qualifications.
