Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Coupang Pay product applications.
- Participate in and lead system design discussions with senior and junior developers.
- Lead engineers on mission-critical projects and rapidly solve complex business problems.
- Mentor senior and junior developers and support their growth.
- Apply high-quality programming practices to innovative consumer mobile product development.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of Android development experience using Java or Kotlin.
- Experience developing high-quality, large-scale consumer applications.
- A proven track record of delivering mission-critical systems.
- Experience in a B2C business domain.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Payment-domain experience is preferred.
- Experience with cross-platform mobile development using Flutter is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment is preferred.
- Strong passion for implementing products and familiarity with Agile software methodologies are preferred.
