Base Salary
$99k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships by presenting, demonstrating, and supporting the sale of Esri software and solutions as part of an account team.
- Act as a technical leader and AEC subject matter expert while advising strategic customers on workflows, business systems, and integration points.
- Craft and propose complex GIS solutions and strategies aligned with customer business needs.
- Provide configuration guidance, best practices, technical presentations, conference sessions, and executive engagements.
- Coach new team members on technical and solution-design best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Esri technology, including map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration.
- At least 3 years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries.
- Broad ArcGIS IT knowledge spanning hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, troubleshooting Esri deployments and system architecture, and integrating software with business systems.
- Experience with geodatabases and DBMS technology, cloud computing environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, and programming or scripting with Python and JavaScript.
- Understanding of sales and business development processes and strong presentation, interpersonal, listening, and customer communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include real-time GIS data integration, mobile and IoT digitalization strategies, advanced analytics and data science, imagery, Autodesk software, 3D geospatial problem solving, and a master’s degree.
