Responsibilities
- Build healthcare products end-to-end, from quick MVPs through production-grade software and success tracking.
- Design and develop real-time conversational AI products and patient-facing experiences across voice, SMS, and web.
- Manage large-scale distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration.
- Handle the technical challenges of serving thousands of high-stakes daily interactions with patients.
- Sketch user interfaces in Figma and speak with customers to understand their needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building products end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript, or equivalent technologies in other languages.
- Experience managing large-scale distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration.
- Passion for product quality, customer empathy, ownership, and a founder mindset.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
