Responsibilities
- Identify critical business problems that could be solved using Generative AI.
- Define strategy for Generative AI and its application.
- Lead the design and build of innovative GenAI products with a cross-functional team.
- Iterate and scale Generative AI products based on client needs.
- Create technical standards and blueprints for AI scenarios.
- Educate the organization on Generative AI from both IT and business perspectives.
- Mentor and nurture other engineers to enhance their skills.
Requirements
- Experience working with large-scale language models.
- Rich understanding of language models, transformers, vector stores, and search algorithms.
- Experience in large-scale ETL development and engineering of high-performance ML systems.
- Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies and design patterns.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
- Confidence in providing technical advice and guidance to clients.
