Responsibilities
- Identify business problems that can be solved with Generative AI.
- Define Generative AI strategy and application approaches.
- Lead the design and build of innovative GenAI products with cross-functional teams.
- Iterate and scale Generative AI products based on client needs.
- Create technical standards and blueprints for AI scenarios.
- Educate IT and business stakeholders about Generative AI.
- Mentor and develop other engineers.
- Communicate technical concepts and provide advice to clients and partner teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, AI, and software engineering.
- Extensive professional experience as a consultant or in a similar advisory corporate role.
- Experience working with large-scale language models.
- Strong understanding of language models, transformers, vector stores, and search algorithms.
- Large-scale ETL development and engineering experience with high-performance, large-scale machine-learning systems.
- Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies, software design patterns, and end-to-end CI/CD processes.
- Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts and provide technical guidance to clients.
- Financial-services industry experience is preferred.
- Experience building applications and using prompting with Generative AI models is preferred.
- Open-source contributions and experience creating APIs and automating MLOps are preferred.
- Cloud fundamentals or architecture accreditations are preferred.
