Base Salary
$80k - $91k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital commerce and ecommerce initiatives against business priorities, sprint goals, and release commitments.
- Coordinate business, product, engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, vendor, and offshore stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, blockers, and issue resolution.
- Define and oversee quality engineering, test strategy, defect governance, release validation, and production readiness.
- Lead test automation adoption using Playwright and Java, including API testing and CI/CD integration.
- Monitor delivery metrics, quality KPIs, resource utilization, deployments, and post-release support while mentoring teams.
Requirements
- Retail digital commerce or ecommerce domain experience is required.
- Experience with Agile delivery, Scrum leadership, stakeholder and vendor coordination, and on-site/offshore team coordination is required.
- Experience with quality engineering, test management, defect governance, automation framework design, and transformation initiatives is required.
- Experience with Playwright and Java test automation is required.
- Experience with API testing, microservices testing, CI/CD integration, release management, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare support is required.
- Python experience for automation and engineering solutions is preferred.
- Exposure to AI/LLM and AI-driven quality engineering is preferred.
