Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deliver software solutions for electronic trading systems through production rollout.
- Contribute to secure, scalable, resilient architecture and build low-latency, high-throughput services.
- Integrate services with internal and external systems using robust interfaces and error handling.
- Participate in on-call support, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
- Improve engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, observability, refactoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code practices.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in Java and Spring.
- Experience with system design, application development, testing, and production support.
- Experience with FIX protocol.
- Preferred: knowledge of fixed-income products and exposure to agentic AI.
