Responsibilities
- Design and ship production systems around AI models.
- Lead discovery and scoping from pre-sales through post-sales.
- Define and enforce launch criteria for regulated contexts.
- Build systems in sensitive scientific data environments.
- Run evaluation loops to measure model and system quality.
- Distill deployment learnings into scalable reference architectures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software/ML engineering or technical deployment experience.
- Experience in biotech, pharma, clinical research, or scientific software.
- Proven track record of owning customer GenAI deployments end-to-end.
- Experience delivering AI systems in trial design or regulatory writing.
- Strong communication skills across scientific and technical audiences.
- Ability to apply systems thinking with high execution standards.
