Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and AI-enabled platforms.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and MCP models.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications with .NET Core, SQL Server, AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services.
- Translate business and technical requirements into robust architectures and solution roadmaps with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams while promoting architectural standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or enterprise application development.
- Proven experience leading solution architecture initiatives and collaborating with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and Model Context Protocol.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise software solutions.
- Understanding of application performance optimization, security, testing, and software development best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Preferred qualifications include asset and wealth management or financial services experience, Python and AI/ML framework knowledge, reverse engineering and application modernization experience, AWS or cloud architecture certifications, and enterprise AI governance or responsible AI experience.
