Responsibilities

Embed with teams to enhance developer workflows through tool usage and configurations.
Design and build scalable and resilient systems to support company growth.
Develop and operate developer productivity tooling for coding, building, managing, testing, and deploying software.
Harden the platform against security threats and operational issues.
Improve resource management efficiency, including CPU, bandwidth, and storage.
Collaborate with product teams to architect optimal system solutions.
Drive initiatives to increase engineer satisfaction and productivity.
Respond to and prevent incidents affecting developer tools platforms.

Proficient in TypeScript and Go codebases.
Strong debugging skills in a Linux environment.
Experience with source control, including branching, merging, and rebasing.
Familiarity with managing and deploying on production Kubernetes or similar platforms.
Ability to decompose complex problems and propose solutions.
