Responsibilities
- Produce clear, precise, and structured requirements documents, including PDDs, SDDs, and user stories.
- Deploy, integrate, and scale enterprise generative AI solutions within customer engineering teams.
- Build agentic workflows using LangGraph and operationalize LLM and retrieval systems across Azure.
- Fine-tune LLMs using supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement-learning-based methods.
- Conduct experimental design, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
- Reduce model hallucinations using techniques beyond creative prompting.
- Apply software automation principles, API integrations, software development lifecycle practices, and system architecture fundamentals.
- Map business processes using appropriate process-mapping tools and communicate analytical results and business value.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI-focused roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph and agentic workflows.
- Proven experience fine-tuning LLMs, including supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement-learning-based methods.
- Strong background in experimental design, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with modern machine-learning and AI frameworks.
- Working understanding of the UiPath ecosystem, including Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and Action Center.
- Familiarity with Azure AI concepts.
- Strong understanding of software automation, API integrations, SDLC methodologies, and system architecture basics.
- Proficiency with process-mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or Bizagi.
- Ability to produce structured requirements documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.
