Base Salary
$163k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI agents for HR in partnership with HR subject-matter experts and operators.
- Stand up MCP servers and connectors from pre-production through production.
- Develop skills, integrations, and evaluations on JLL’s AI platform, including its LLM gateway, shared RAG services, and MCP toolchain.
- Run workshops with HR teams, teach Claude Code, and translate business workflows into agent skills.
- Design, ship, support, and hand off systems as they mature, while feeding patterns and platform gaps back to the AI Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping agents with Claude Agent SDK, MCP, or an equivalent stack.
- Production coding experience in at least one of Python, Node, or .NET, with the ability to work across the others.
- Full-stack engineering experience with modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular, TypeScript or JavaScript, backend services, APIs, authentication and authorization, and automated testing.
- Experience deploying and operating production workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, managed databases, storage, secrets management, networking, monitoring, and logging.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, using Docker, and managing infrastructure as code with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
- Experience working with relational, NoSQL, object/blob, vector, and document data stores.
- Ability to operate independently as a one-person engineering team from design through support and handoff.
- Knowledge of Workday or other HR systems is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, pragmatic delivery judgment, systems thinking, and comfort working with non-engineers and multiple AI agents are preferred.
