Responsibilities

  • Perform first-level diagnostics and diagnose component defects using techniques and tools defined in the test strategy.
  • Write test specifications and test designs, execute test scripts, and identify defects against the correct component in multi-component journeys.
  • Support full lifecycle integration testing for project deliverables.
  • Execute automated, functional, regression, and load testing scenarios, including manual testing to support high-quality production releases.
  • Maintain test suites, assess quality risks, and suggest mitigation approaches.
  • Improve QA engineering processes, share knowledge of emerging QA practices and industry standards, and mentor other QA engineers.

Requirements

  • Experience with software testing, programming or scripting, manual and automated testing, and test case design and writing.
  • Experience with functional and non-functional testing.
  • Desirable experience with JIRA, Confluence, Xray, Ansible, and automated test tools.
  • Awareness of the OSI model and experience working on complex large-scale programmes are desirable.
  • ISTQB certification is desirable.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DV Security Clearance is required.
