Base Salary
$124k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify needs and design technical solutions for finance and accounting processes.
- Support and enhance ERP-enabled operational processes across procurement, inventory, and project-driven supply chain.
- Understand end-to-end ERP transaction flows and their impacts across various departments.
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Champion ERP capabilities and align teams on best practices.
- Manage competing projects to deliver impactful tools and process enhancements.
- Facilitate system adoption by documenting features and providing user training.
- Leverage SaaS-based tools for reporting and analytics.
- Build relationships with customers to gather requirements and obtain sign-off on deliverables.
- Master critical business processes and related KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roles supporting ERP finance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with a Tier 1 ERP system like Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or SAP.
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
- Experience in gathering requirements and delivering system enhancements.
- Experience with reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, or SQL.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
