Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative native iOS and Android mobile applications and web-based software solutions for healthcare clients.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, UI/UX designers, and software architects to create user journeys and functional requirements.
- Technically lead nearshore and offshore development teams and coordinate external partners and service providers.
- Ensure stable, secure, scalable, and high-quality software architecture across infrastructure, frontend, installation, and application layers.
- Support business development through technical consulting, training, and identifying new digital health opportunities.
Requirements
- Completed degree in medical informatics, computer science, software engineering, or a related strongly IT-focused field.
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience developing mobile applications in the healthcare sector.
- Fluent German and English language skills at C1 level.
- Strong experience with native or web technologies including Java, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin or Kotlin Multiplatform, and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience with architecture patterns such as MVVM and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience leading international development teams and managing stakeholders, including project leadership, Scrum Master, or Product Owner responsibilities.
- Backend development experience, such as with Spring Boot, is desirable.
