Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative mobile software solutions for healthcare clients using native iOS and/or Android technologies or web-based frameworks.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, UI/UX designers, and software architects to create user journeys and functional requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for nearshore and offshore development teams and coordinate external partners and service providers.
- Ensure stable, secure, scalable, and high-quality software architecture across infrastructure, frontend, installation, and application layers.
- Support business development through technical consulting, training, and identification of new digital health opportunities.
- Contribute to project leadership, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and stakeholder-management activities.
Requirements
- Completed degree in medical informatics, computer science, software engineering, or a related field with a strong IT focus.
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience developing mobile applications in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of native or web technologies including Java, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin/Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose, React, and Angular.
- Knowledge of modern architecture patterns such as MVVM and desirable experience with backend development using Spring Boot.
- Experience leading international development teams and managing stakeholders.
- Business-fluent German and English at C1 level.
